Helix Restore, LLC offers its clients communications regarding your prescriptions, orders for Tests, prescription renewals, services affiliated physicians provide, services affiliated Pharmacies provide, services affiliated laboratories provide, and other communications related to our Services. Enrollment in any of our offered services or programs requires reading this Communications Policy, reviewing our Privacy Policy, and providing a mobile phone number and email.

Helix Restore, LLC will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS or email messages and delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

By agreeing to this Communications Policy and by providing your mobile phone number and email to us, YOU AGREE to receive communications regarding physician services, laboratory test, delivery of orders, prescription renewals, services affiliated physicians provide, services affiliated laboratories provide, services affiliated Pharmacies provide, and other communications related to our Services or other products or services provided by us or our affiliates. You may opt out or unsubscribe from our text messages at any time by replying STOP and emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES MAY BE GENERATED BY USING AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEMS AND OR ARTIFICIAL VOICE OR PRERECORDED MESSAGE. YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES IS NOT REQUIRED TO MAKE A PURCHASE OR TO ORDER A SERVICE.
